We’ll start by getting to know each other. Our first meeting is a chance for us to introduce Fondia, tell you about our culture and our ways of working. At the same time, we’d like to hear about you, your skills, experience and what motivates you.
Job profile analysis

Together, we’ll explore your job profile analysis and reflect on the results. It’s a way for us to better understand your strengths, working style and what helps you thrive.
Second round

You will meet some of your future colleagues. During these conversations, we’ll get to know each other better and discuss together whether Fondia might be the right place for you to grow and succeed.
